LPCM won't convert with MakeMKV

Are there any softwares that I could try to extract the audio from a DVD and then combining the video with the audio? I tried eac3to, but it doesn't look like a software itself. It just looks like something that needs a software in order to use it.

You should be able to convert PCM to FLAC using the FLAC profile (requires you to be in Expert mode), and there is also an AAC profile that will allow you to convert it to AAC.

eac3to requires you to split out the audio from the MKV file, process it, and then "mux" it back into the MKV. The MKVtoolnix package can do that.

However, I would suggest using handbrake (https://handbrake.fr), because it can also convert the interlaced video from the DVD to progressive video.
