DVDs not recording

I have tried 3 different DVDs and each time I select "MakeMKV" it runs briefly then I get notice that it has completed and 0 Chapters were copied.

Need more information.

First, are you trying to WRITE DVDs, or rip them?

Do you have debug logging turned on, and are any errors being reported? FAQ link in my signature explains debug logging and how to use it.
