Yes, it's the same error. Please send IFO files per instructions at http://www.makemkv.com/faq/item/8/catid/6 . The problem is with audio track, please try to figure out which one causes the problem.

Here's to examples for you, Ransom and The Thing.

1. Ransom

Doesn't error after clicking MakeMKV and does start the extraction, but it doesn't finish and ends up with the same error. Does the same an all audio tracks.

2. The Thing

Errors straight away after clicking MakeMKV. Does the same an all audio tracks.

Hello everybody,

I also get this error, but since I can not find any older versions of makemkv
I can not test, if it is an error, which just came up with the new version.

This happens no matter if from the original DVD, or from a ripped version,
as long as I do not choose any audio it works.

I?m on Win7 64bit.

EDIT:

Found Version 1.5.4 and it works like a charm, so something must have changed from that version,
can not tell when it did change, since I only found version 1.5.4

Running version 1.7.8. here and also have this error popping up..
