Decrypting AVCREC disc

An encrypted AVCREC format disc will be recognized as a unencrypted disc. What should I do?

I've never seen such format. Do you have just a disc or the recorder? Can you please make a small 10-seconds recording and provide the sample? Please write to support@makemkv.com , I will provide the details.
