When I run the first disc of Season 4 (King of Queens), MakeMKV on displays 6 episodes. When I play the same disc on VLC, I can see and play all 7 episodes on that disc. I've tried this process with MakeMKV on 3 separate rippers and none of them displayed/ripped 7 episodes.
What's interesting, when I used WinX DVD Ripper Platinum, it successfully ripped all 7 episodes. I just wanted to make this forum and any developers aware of my learnings. I'd much rather have the quality of *.mkv vs. *.mp4
