I've just started using the software so this could be user error, I apologize in advance. I already used the disc drive and MakeMKV to digitize my copy of Zombieland and it worked fine. This time I tried the first disc of Supernatural S1 and got the error copied below. The disc itself reads fine in VLC. The region code on both my drive and my disc are coded 1. Reading through the forms I thought I would only need to flash a drive if I was doing BluRays which I am not.
If anyone could provide some guidance I would be more than grateful, I'm not the most advanced tech user.
