There's a DVD set of Series 1-4 of Great British Railway Journeys. On one of the discs there's an episode that doesn't get saved. In normal mode it reports the following:
Title information
1: 1/1 - 1 chapter(s) 0:00:10 1 cell(s)
2: 2/1 - 1 chapter(s) 0:00:10 1 cell(s)
3: 3/1 - 1 chapter(s) 0:00:08 1 cell(s)
4: 4/1 - 1 chapter(s) 0:00:00 1 cell(s)
5: 5/1 - 5 chapter(s) 0:29:11 5 cell(s)
6: 6/1 - 5 chapter(s) 0:29:20 5 cell(s)
7: 7/1 - 5 chapter(s) 0:29:13 5 cell(s)
8: 8/1 - 5 chapter(s) 0:29:12 5 cell(s)
9: 9/1 - 5 chapter(s) 0:00:00 5 cell(s)
10: 10/1 - 2 chapter(s) 0:00:22 2 cell(s)
The episode that gets filtered out is #9. I'm able to save the episode if I opt for manual mode and specify "9:1-5", though if I use something else that doesn't specify the chapters (e.g., "5 6 7 8 9") then MakeMKV crashes:

MakeMKV crash trying to save missing episode from Great British Railway Journeys
Re: MakeMKV crash trying to save missing episode from Great British Railway Journeys
I wonder if the different DVD Opening modes have any effect?

outlier - thanks for the information as I hit the same problem tonight and "9:1-5" saved the title for me too.
dcoke22 - I tried every DVD opening mode but it didn't work, title 9 still shows up as having zero duration.

That episode (#slope game9) has some kind of metadata issue that makes MakeMKV skip or misread it in normal mode. I’ve run into something similar with other BBC sets where one of the titles has a duration of 0:00:00 but still contains valid video.
