Issues extracting all DVD tracks: Tegan and Sara - "It's Not Fun. Don't Do It!"

I'm having issues properly ripping all the tracks on this DVD:

Tegan and Sara - "It's Not Fun. Don't Do It!"
DVD: 06076-88410-9 Region 1 (2006)

If my math is correct, there should be 18 tracks but the latest version of MakeMKV only detects 11.
Note: Two tracks are under 2 minutes but will extract you reduce the minimum length detection to 60 seconds.

The part that MakeMKV seems to be failing at is that there are 5 music videos on the disk. Each video has an option for a commentary track which is actually a video overlay on top of the normal video.

MakeMKV detects this correctly for the first video and extracts both versions as separate files. But it ignores the rest of the files.

Strangely, it also extracts a single file of all 5 videos (the normal non-commentary versions) mashed together.

I also tried Handbrake and it too detects 11 tracks. So I suspect that there's some table of contents shenanigans going on.

Sometimes using the different DVD Opening Modes helps.

Yep. I tried all of the different options and it didn't make any difference. It still only finds 11 items to extract.
