Three's Company DVD Errors

Hello,
I recently purchased the Three's Company boxed set with The Ropers and Three's a Crowd series included. I saved ISO files of Three's Company and The Ropers without incident, but when I put the first disc in for Three's a Crowd, I received the following errors:

It looks like disc 2 of Three's a Crowd is currently saving properly, but what could cause the errors shown above?

So, after trying all three of the Three's a Crowd discs in three different players, none of them will save on my hard drive, in either ISO format or MKV format.

If anyone else has this issue, please let me know if or how you fixed it.
