Employee of the Month - errors/failing to rip

Hi! I've had great success so far, but ran into an issue with this disc. I tried searching but didn't find any mention of this one.

I've tried a couple different versions of MakeMKV (newest, prev, 2nd prev) but still getting the same issues.

Here are log files if anyone might have insight.

Hopefully you submitted the TGZ files to svq@makemkv.com for processing. Posting them here is NOT ALLOWED anymore, as it serves no purpose. The file name allow, particularly the last four characters, is all that is needed to show others what was submitted.
