Apparently they have advance encryption again, all I can see is the previews for other movies. Anyone else have this issue? New movie from Amazon, plays fine but unable to rip it.

And MakeMKV says what about it? Does it say that it created a .TGZ file to have a key generated? Did you send that .TGZ file to svq@makemkv.com so that that key can be generated?

Or was there some other error?

This log doesn't show MakeMKV trying to do anything. It shows the application starting up, doing nothing, then shutting down about 1 second later.
