All episodes not showing up when ripping from dvd

Title. I have a set of dvds for an entire season of the show. All of the disk have 4 episodes on them, but when I put it into MakeMKV it will only rip 2 of the episodes. I'm pretty new to this and dont know what is going on any help would be greatly appreciated.

Knowing WHICH disk would be helpful, as well as seeing what MakeMKV read.

You've turned on Expert mode, so we can see the details, correct?
