Empire of Light screener, will not even load

Disc: Empire of Light ("for your consideration" screener) DVD
Make MKV 1.17.2

I have tried this both on Windows and macOS, on three different optical drives (2 on PC, 1 on Mac), and none of them will load this disc. As in, I start MakeMKV up, and insert the disc, and it just sorta hangs on the initial check/load of the disc. If I put the disc in before starting MakeMKV, it stalls as soon as I launch the app.

I have tried a few other DVD ripping programs and disc image makers on both PC and Mac, and all of them failed as well. HOWEVER, if I just load up the DVD player app on macOS, it plays just fine (using the same optical drive that I tried ripping it from).

Here's the debug log from the macOS version, where I started the app first and then inserted the disc, and captured the log about 5 minutes after inserting the disc. Is there any other information that would be useful, or anything else I should try?

Can't Rip Rise of Skywalker Screener

Fair enough. Out of the 14 screeners I've gotten so far this year, though, it was the only one that had any issues. That said, it was the only screener from Searchlight Pictures, so maybe there's just something weird with their mastering.
