How To Convert DTS-MA to PCM. Please Help!

I am totally new to all of this ripping, converting, transcoding, etc. stuff and it's all still incredibly confusing to me so please go easy. I have my entire blu ray collection ripped, uncompressed using MakeMKV, onto a network drive that I bought specifically for this reason. I did this so I could watch all of my movies on my Xbox One from over the network and not have to worry about disks anymore. Unfortunately, the Xbox One does not have MKV support for DTS-MA or FLAC, but it does support LPCM. How do I use MakeMKV to convert/transcode my DTS-MA audio tracks to LPCM?
These movies are being played over my new 7.1 system which I've spent the last few years building. I'm looking for raw, uncompressed files to get a perfect 1:1 ratio with the original source to enjoy with my new setup. I am not interested in converting anything to a lossy format which is why I'm wanting to go LPCM. I want the same audio and visual experience that I would get from popping in a disk. What are your thoughts?
