Started using MakeMKV to back up the kids DVD's, program works great but I have a buffering issue. Tried adjusting the buffer settings but still no luck. All other MKVs compressed with Handbrake playback ok. Do I need to run these MakeMKV files through handbrake? If so what is a good preset? My network is all hardwired just not sure why I have the buffering issue.

What is your source device, and what is the playback device?

If this is an optical disk drive, it has something to do with the OS settings for the disk buffer on optical drive.
