Verbatim 43888 LG BU40N MKV Has Slightly Different Frame Rate?

I just got my new Verbatim 43888 with an LG BU40N, i've flashed it and it works great but when I used VLC to checked the frame rate I noticed that the FPS in the MKV Is slightly different than the FPS when playing directly from the disc, I know Makemkv is supposedly only copying what’s on the disc and not changing anything, so is VLC just reporting the wrong FPS for ether the MKV or the Blu-Ray Disc or is something else going on during the ripping process?
I tested with my Blu-Ray copy of Alien Romulus that I just ripped but all others I have ripped are the same..
The Blu-Ray FPS was 23.976024
The MKV Rip FPS was 23.976216
It's only a small differance but as MakeMKV doesn't change anything during the ripping process I'd like to know why this is happening.
I don't have a second drive so I can’t test if this is something with this specific drive but I did rip all my DVDs with an old Samsung DVD drive so I compaird one of the rips FPS with th DVD fps and both were the same so I ripped that same episode using my new 43888 and the FPS was also the same so it seems to be somthing to do with Blu-Rays only.
