MKV renders in graph studio, won't play in WMC or WMP

I ripped a bluray of "Unknown" and it renders just fine in Graph Studio, but will not play in Windows Media Center or WMP. The file doesn't even begin to play, it just sort of freezes/stutters and I don't hear or see anything. This is the only bluray in my catalogue that I'm having this issue. I use LAV Filters in WMC and the video decoder is the built-in Microsoft DTV-DVD Video Decoder in Windows 7 x64..
I've ripped the whole blu ray 4x, just pieces of it, cleaned it, etc and have never had any errors with makemkv when I enabled the logging. Anyone experience playback issues like this?
