Set 1080p rather than 1080i

Sorry if this is a stupid question but is there a way of setting MakeMKV output a progressive rather than interlaced video file? All my BR rips are coming out at 1080i rather than 1080p. I can see any option in the MakeMKV setting to change this.

MakeMKV does not re-encode the video, so, no, it cannot change from Interlaced to Progressive. It simply copies what is on the disk to your drive.
