DTS-HD MA track with 1000ms DELAY?

I have a movie where the DTS track has a 1000ms DELAY according to both eac3to and DGDemux. Both programs deal with this in their own way, eac3to fixes down to -2ms and DGDemux add a 1000ms DELAY to the demuxed DTS track. MakeMKV doesnt show any kind of message in regards to the 1000ms DELAY so i'm wondering why that is? Other movies with seamless branching etc shows how MakeMKV is fixing the problem so i'm a little confused.
