I have backed up my CE3K 3 times converting with handbrake. I keep getting files that have a Spanish vocals. Each time I am very carefully removing all the subtitles and French/Spanish audio. I keep getting files with the Spanish language and no option to change to English.

Any help?

Prior to using handbrake, how many languages are present in the MKV file?

Handbrake will generally chose the language listed as "primary" to include as the main language. I often have both English and Japanese tracks in my MKV files, sometimes with Japanese listed as "primary". My settings will take and make English primary, but it also copies the Japanese audio into the resulting file.

The only audio files in the mkv file are English, each time I am very carefully removing all the subtitles and French/Spanish audio.
