Problem Bluray to MKV

Hey Guys
first of all...sorry for my bad English!
I have a problem with MakeMKV Beta 1.6.5 or with the final mkv-files.
BR in my BR-drive...start MakeMKV...and run "make mkv"...ok
After a time the mkv-files are completed and ready. Up to here it is ok.
But now...when i open the biggest mkv-file with VLC or so...i doesn?t see anything. No Video, no sound.
If I try one of the smaller mkv-files like an interview or so..horay...i see the video and i can hear the sound.
What is wrong with the biggest file? I think the biggest file is only the movie or?
Please...i need help!
