DOLBY ATMOS CONVERTION TO DTS-HD

Hi there,
is it possible to convert a DOLBY ATMOS audio to DTS-HD or Dolby Digital Plus in a UHD MKV movie file?
Is there any guide How To after using gMKVExtractGUI 2.6.4? I am new to this and do not know how to do and what programs and codecs do I need.
Also how to include it to know MKV movie file?
