MKV 4K UHD DOLBY ATMOS CONVERTION

Is there a way (and a guide) to convert a MKV 4k UHD movie file with DOLBY ATMOS audio to DTS-HD or Dolby® Digital Plus?
Also What Steps do i have to follow (I am new to this)?
I suppose I have to use gMKVExtractGUI 2.6.4, then select the Dolby Atmos audio and how to convert to DTS-HD or Dolby® Digital Plus and with what program? (any guide there?)
After that how to make a new MKV file with the new audio format included? (guide)
