Aside from running on a PC (I'm a Mac guy), I see that MKVcleaver is a GUI for MKVToolNix and I've previously mentioned that MKVToolNix has just horrendous issues with audio/video sync when converting DVDs to MKV.
You could run Windows in a virtual machine if necessary. The few DVDs I've muxed to MKV had no sync issues. Have you actually noticed anything during playback with those listed in your other thread?

Yes - I've run the Windows versions of MKVToolnix and MakeMKV in a virtual machine on my Mac also yielding sync issues. Rather than addressing that thread in this thread, I'll make a separate post in the A/V sync thread in an attempt to elicit a response there.
