building a server with two opticals and I want to rip both simultaneously Processor speed needed?

I am building a new movie server. I have two pioneer opticals and I would like to be able to rip 1:1 backups on both drives simultaneously and not see errors.

Curious how I implement drop and rip on for two drives at once and also curious what kind of processing power I might need for this task. Will a higher end 12th gen intel i9 processor have the gusto for this? Would I be better off with a slower clock speed but more core Xeon processor? Or will any decent modern processor have what it takes to get the job done fine?

You don't need alot of cpu power I can rip with six BU40Ns at 6X speed and CPU usage on an old Intel quad core is less than 10%.
The bottle neck in my case above 6 drives at once is the hdds it's writing to.
But only 2 drives that rip at a max of 4X almost any slow HDD will do.
