black widow UHD backup folder won't play back

Did a "backup" and decrypt of Black Widow UHD - it completed without errors.
However I've tried to play it back both from my NAS and from a USB drive connected directly and both ways the M7902 brings up the menu selections just fine but once you start the film it does not progress. I can skip chapters but playback does not move forward. I let it sit for a loooooong time on chapter 7 and it finally started playing at one point, but subsequent attempts haven't worked.
Did I get a bad rip somehow? Haven't encountered this issue with any other movies. Thanks!
