Hi,

I'd like to find out how I can change the following in the default profile?

Basically I want video to show lang as undetermined instead of eng and also want all mono and stereo tracks as flac.

Could anyone help

Have you tried selecting the FLAC profile?

Editing the XML files is best done with an XML-aware text editor, so you avoid unbalanced tags, then save the result under a different name in your MakeMKV data directory.
