Every 4K Rip Stutters at SAME POINT During Playback [Asus BW-16D1HT (3.10MK)]

None of the 4K rips I create playback properly. They all stutter.
This is not random stutter because of network issues or computer resources. I ran the file locally, monitored all resources and everything is fine.
Tried playback on different computers and again, the same behavior.
Stutter occurs at the EXACT same point in each movie on every playback.
Symptoms are the same on every 4K rip I have made.
Same behavior on every playback.
The only thing I can think of that hasn't been isolated is either the drive or the firmware.
Any help is appreciated!
