4K 60Hz splitter that strips/ bypasses HDCP?

I'm currently trying to find an HDMI splitter that can bypass HDCP and output at 4K 60Hz. I know that these exist for 1080p 60Hz but I haven't found any that can output 4K 60Hz. Does anyone know where I could buy one that meets these requirements?

That isn't necessary for MakeMKV, because the HDCP is enforced in the "official, approved playback hardware". The MKV files created by MakeMKV do not enforce HDCP.
