How to determine the Stream-quality in MakeMKV

Hi,
i have a problem with the identification of the Soundstream-quality in MakeMKV.
For example: Today I ripped the love comedy "Silent Hill" ^^
Regarding bluray-disk.de it should have the following Soundstreams:
Deutsch DTS-HD MA 6.1
Englisch DTS-HD HR 5.1
Here you can check it: http://www.bluray-disc.de/blu-ray-filme ... u-ray-disc
I think this information could be right but how to check the stream-quality in Make MKV.
I want to know this because after the ripping process I rename the Sound-Channels in MKVtoolnix (mkvmerge) like this:
Linear PCM (German or English)
Dolby Digital (German or English)
DTS Digital Surround (German or English)
Dolby Digital Plus (German or English)
Dolby TrueHD (German or English)
DTS-HD High Resolution Audio (German or English)
DTS-HD Master Audio (German or English)
I do the same with the Video. There is no problem with the Identification: VC-1, MPEG-4/AVC, MPEG-2
Hope you can help me folks
How do you handle this problem??
Bye
