Need help with Stereoscopic player audio setup

Hello everyone.
I am using Stereoscopic Player to play 3d MKV files and have no video problems, but I don't know how to set it up to play the correct audio.
For example I have an MKV video file with DTS-HD MA and am only able to get stereo.
I have no trouble playing all audio formats using PowerDVD.
I have a windows 10 HTPC with HDMI out to my Denon AVR (7.1 speaker set up) then to my Panasonic TV.
Can anyone suggest where I can find a set up guide for proper audio playback?
