easiest way to convert pgs into srt

What is the easiest way to convert pgs into srt? Are there any automated tools to assist?

(windows only) is pretty much the only tool.
extract pgs subs first with mkvextract or tsmuxer or eac3to
SupRip worked under wine with 'dotnet20' installed.
