unsupported signal

I've re-encoded a DVD with MakeMkv into a MKV-file and it plays properly on VLC media player. But when I want to play it on my mediaplayer Mede8er then I get the errorr : "Not supported signal. Check your device setup".

I use the Mede8er 500x with specifications:

I think you'd be better off posting this on your players forum. MakeMKV hasn't done anything for the video or audios stream from the DVD other than repackage it.
