PlayBlack of MakeMKV through TMT5 in WMC

When I play an MakeMKV file through TMT5 in Windows Media Center, playback goes green. As in the movie is in green. I just can't find out what's doing it. I'm playing back from a HP ProLiant Microserver N54L. I also did a test on my Medsonic enclosure, to see if I still get the same and again, I still get playback in green. It looks a bit like watching a film in 3D? Saying that the 3D in TMT5 does seem to light up, which is very strange. Just can't figure it out? If anyone can solve this problem for me, then that will be just great!!
