I have just downloaded makemkv and I am a computer illiterate. I don't know how to respond to the above error messages. I am using windows7, radeon 6970 and Powerdvd12. the disc I am trying to play is the Blu-ray version of "The Fifth Element". The disc plays on my VAIO laptop(Corel)64bit; other Blu-ray discs play on my PC but not this one.
I would be grateful for any advice members can provide. Please let me know if further system information is required.
