Flag force/default for subtitles - Windows

Hi, how do I do on Windows to remove the flag to default/forced subtitles?

mkvtoolnix has tools for removing individual flags, or changing them.

Or you can re-rip the disk without the flags set.

(mkvtoolnix is MUCH faster, though!)

The header editor of MKVToolnix allows to remove/add them without remuxing the file.
