Black bars are washed out

When ripping UHD HDR Blu ray I am not getting proper black bars. It is very obvious on my oled. When I play the Blu ray normal the black bars are completely black. However after I rip it and play the MKV, they are not dark at all. What setting do I need to change for this?

Make sure you graphics setting are set to full and the output range is also set to 0-255 for Nvidia cards you need to do this in 2 places under resolution and video settings
