13 titles saved into 13 mkv files

I'm trying to rip the contents from a dvd into one mkv. After running makemkv, I see all 13 titles, each with an mkv file in target directory.

Tried to run mkvtoolnix to merge them, but only the longest "chapter", #12, ends up in the output mkv file named title_t00.mkv. how do i get all 13 titles(which seem to equate to chapters) in one file?

Any help appreciated!

mkvmerge, APPEND files, rather than just combine them. You would still have to create a chapter marker track.

You can also have ffmpeg combine them sequentially, which is a better solution if the video and audio tracks are not consistent in all of the videos.
