Hopefully, this is ok to ask.
I have an .mkv video. It already has the subtitles merged in with it. So it's just a single .mkv file. Once play in VLC players, the subtitles can be turned on and off.
My issue is that when I upload this .mkv video to my website, my web browser video player sucks, it doesn't support subtitles.
The only viable solution is to have the subtitles burn-in into the videos instead. Meaning subtitles will always be on and cannot be turn off since the subtitles are now literally burned into the pictures.
My question is, is there any tool out there that can do this? A tool that processes the .mkv and subtitles and makes it burn-in.
