I have been using Apple TV 4K with Infuse as my primary method of streaming for a while now, but have recently noticed that an increasing number of files will only play with fairly extreme judder/stutter.
Last night, I tried Secret Life of Pets 2 and it really stuttered. The original disc plays fine in my BD player.
I switched to Hacksaw Ridge (but still 4K/HDR) and there are no problems at all.
Has anyone had this?

Re: Stutter on some 4K rips using Apple TV/Infuse
Does the 4K MKV file play fine when played locally (e.g. internal or USB HDD) on a PC? How is the AppleTV 4K and the server/NAS where the content is stored connected to the network?
At bitrates of 100+ Mbps, wi-fi's not always reliable for me (TP-LINK Archer C7 AC1750). For devices that will stay in one spot, I use wired gigabit.
Also, this is probably better suited for the Infuse forum.
