How to determine the correct segment map?

#1 Post by mlerch » Fri Nov 01, 2013 5:03 am

Hello,

Can someone please tell me how to determine the correct segment map. Sometimes there are multiple files that have the same chapter, file weight and length, but different segment maps. Without capturing and watching each one to possibly determine which segment map has the correct order, is there a easier, faster way? Like for example is there a way to tell the segment map when using Mac Blu-Ray Player software? I mean there should be a suggested segment map based on the disc, no? Can anyone assist here?

Thank you,

Martin

You could see if that disc is listed in the BDInfo database.
