I get on ending which says there is no soundtrack it can play

I get on ending which says there is no soundtrack it can play

After ripping a movie I get the message there is no playable soundtrack, before on discs this never came up and would play as expected I have just recently Windows 11 installed could this be playing apart on why some discs with no sound track
Could anyone please give any assistance.

Open the mkv file with MKVToolnix GUI and check if it contains any audio tracks.
If audio tracks are present, your preferred player could be missing the necessary codecs. Which player are you using?
If the video file doesn't contain any audio tracks, make sure in MakeMKV that the video files you want to rip contain audio tracks and that they are selected before you start to rip.
