Using MakeMKV to reduce no of audio tracks from a existing MKV

I know there are other apps that could do this but I like MakeMKV and have a Mac. I assume there is no issue in using MakeMKV to remove audio tracks by creating a new MKV from a existing MKV? In particular, the remaining video and audio is unchanged?
