Nvidia Shield (non pro) in 2022

Hello,

here in Germany the price for the Nvidia shield (non pro, so the cylindrical version) droped and so I was wondering what type of formats it is able to play?

Is it possible to play blueray 4K mkvs with dolby vision and atmos?
