Language of audio tracks are not recognized with XBMC

Language of audio tracks produced with makeMKV are not recognized with XBMC

Hi,

i produced a mkv file with makemkv from a DVD. Playing the mkv with mediaplayer classics and VLC shows the language of the audio track.
XBMC does not.

Producing the MKV with mkvmerge from the MKVToolnix: XBMC, VLC and media player classics are able to show the language of the audio track.

Producing the MKV with handbrake: all (XBMC, VLC and media player classics) are able to show the language of the audio track.

MediaInfo:

makemkv:

Sampling rate : 48.0 KHz
Bit depth : 16 bits
Compression mode : Lossy
Stream size : 292 MiB (8%)
Language : German
Default : Yes
Forced : No
The difference is
Title : Surround 5.1

Is this is a misinterpreting from XBMC or a wrong produced outputfile from makeMKV? Does anyone have some experiences with the specification?

If you set the track title in mkvmerge (or mkvmerge GUI), can XBMC still show the audio track language?
