Just downloaded the latest version...

HI...just downloaded the latest version. Software downloaded perfectly. Tried to use it on a DVD, thought it went well, took 20-25 minutes to convert 6 episodes of Dawson Creek. When I went to look for files in the directory, there were none. Any thoughts? I tried looking for the files everywhere but could not find anything.
