Mkv-file with DV=>How to play from external SSD

Hi,
I read somewhere that Makemkv makes mkv-files with DV (in 1 layer/ not 2 like BDMV or ISO) from a 4K-BD rip.
What player will read this correctly with DV (Not just HDR10) from a External SSD with all good audio as well (Zidoo maybe?)
I can still rip to BDMV if needed but would prefer to lose all those useless audio and subs.
I prefer external SSD over using PLEX if possible!
My Setup:
LG G2 77
Denon X2800H -> 7.1
Atm I use my DP-UB820EFK 4K BD-PLAYER and an older Nvidia Shield (2015-2017 not sure).
