Wrong title

I have been using VLC to play blurays using makemkv without issue until I tried playing inception. With inception Extraction Mode (a special feature) is the longest title and it is what vlc plays. However the movie itself is what I want to watch. Does anyone know of a work around that allows me to tell vlc/makemkv to play the 2nd longest title (the movie itself) instead of the longest one? Also menu support in vlc should solve this but that is a vlc issue not a makemkv issue.

Also if it matters I have the exact same issue on both Windows and Linux.

Any input would be appreciated.
