Is there a topic already...

Post by matttowns509 »

I am brand new to all of this and have had good success so far with getting my movies transferred to my NAS. But I'm stumped on how to rip a TV show so that they are episodes and not one long continuous run. If it helps is Season 1 of Stranger Things Blu-Ray. Is there a link someone can point me to? Thank you! :D

It varies with the disks. Some are mastered with individual episodes (most of them), while others have one big file with 3 to 150 episodes in it.

Making individual episode files sometimes requires other programs.

You might not have Expert Mode turned on in MakeMKV's preferences.

With that turned on, you should then be able to select individual titles. See this post for a more detailed explanation:

Thank you dcoke22, I'll read that over. I do have Expert Mode turned on. Trying this again and seeing what I get!
