A way of having blank track titles?

Hi,
I'd like to not have the "mono" "stereo" name on the audio tracks if possible. Also I would like the video language on all videos set to (und) undetermined instead of (eng) english aswell. I'm not sure if you can create a script or another profile that can do this so I thought I'd ask here. Thankyou
